The Otium is a luxury private residence set within the grounds of Caversham House in the Swan Valley. Accommodating up to eight guests, the property features spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated theater and games room, making it well suited to families and groups.

- Caversham House Reception is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
- The property has a private entrance, with keypad entry available outside reception hours.
- AI security cameras monitor the perimeter of the property.
