Overview

INTERIOR
The Old Cheese Factory is a distinctive countryside retreat near Cowaramup, transformed from a former working cheese factory into an award-winning home that blends industrial character with contemporary luxury. Soaring cathedral ceilings, polished concrete floors, warm timber accents and carefully selected furnishings create a spacious yet welcoming atmosphere.

The main open-plan living area features an oversized lounge, wall-mounted television and wood-burning fireplace, making it a comfortable gathering place throughout the year. A second lounge offers a quieter place to read or relax, while a third sitting area within the lofted primary suite provides additional privacy.

At the centre of the home is a gourmet kitchen equipped with quality appliances, a large island bench, Nespresso machine and generous preparation space. A timber dining table seats up to eight guests, while glass doors connect the interior with the alfresco area and peaceful paddock outlook.

The home remains within easy reach of Cowaramup, Margaret River, Gracetown and many of the region’s leading wineries, breweries, restaurants and attractions.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
