Each of our 8 rooms contains king sized bed, air conditioning, T.V. coffee machine, refrigerator, bath robes, slippers, free WIFI and beautiful South Fremantle light. The newly renovated shared bathrooms are generous and well appointed.
The Local Hotel is located within walking distance of the centre of Fremantle, Fishing Boat Harbour and South Beach. There is a convenient free CAT bus stop at the front of the hotel that connects with Fremantle Train Station. The neighbourhood features numerous cafes, bars and restaurants.

Directions
The Local Hotel is located 1km from the centre of Fremantle at the corner of South Tce and Charles St in South Fremantle. From the Fremantle Railway Station head directly down Market St that becomes South Tce as you head in a southerly direction. It is approximately 1.5kms from the train station to The Local along South Tce.
There is a free CAT bus service that runs from outside the train station and drops at the front of The Local Hotel. This will take approximately 5 mins.
If you are driving, South Terrace and South Street is the closest major intersection.
