The house is fully self-contained featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, cook top and microwave. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan with high ceilings. A reverse cycle air conditioner provides all year round comfort. The lounge area contains a large TV and a DVD player. The dining table can seat 6 people. The house sleeps up to 6 people, with 1 queen beds and 4 single beds. The rear alfresco contains a BBQ and a 6 seater outdoor table setting. There is plenty of parking on the property for cars and the boat. The property boasts a huge games room with pool table, dart board and TV to wind down after a day at the beach.
