A valid credit card is required prior to booking. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Deposit Policy
No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over event periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Years Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
No Show Policy
In case of no show, no refund will be issued.
Child Policy
Please phone us on (08) 9842 4198 if you are bringing additional children than what is stated on the booking form. No children are allowed at Festing St Cottage or Majuba Country Lodge.
Check-in Policy
Check-In starts after 03:00 PM. We will send you the information to your mobile phone 2 days prior to your arrival.
