Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges.
Bookings are made through Hometime Group Pty Ltd, acting as the booking platform for the property owner. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance payable prior to arrival. Cancellation and amendment policies may apply depending on the booking.
