Surfers Paradise is a relaxed coastal retreat perched high on Yallingup Hill, offering sweeping ocean views and a peaceful setting close to Yallingup Beach and Caves House. Designed for families, couples and small groups, the home combines modern comfort with a laid-back beach house atmosphere.
The main living area is positioned on the top floor, where large windows and glass doors capture natural light and ocean views. Comfortable lounges, a TV and reverse-cycle air conditioning create an inviting space to unwind, while the furnished balcony provides the perfect place to enjoy the coastal outlook and fresh sea air.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, sleek cabinetry, ample storage and everything required for self-catered stays. The dining area comfortably seats six guests and connects easily with the living area and balcony.

Guests can take in sweeping ocean views from the furnished balcony, enjoy BBQ meals in the garden, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach or gather around the fire pit during winter.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council. Although this property will allow one dog per booking, please note the property is not fully fenced. Animals are not permitted on furniture.
