Whether you're enjoying a BBQ with family, relaxing by the fire pit during winter, or rinsing off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower, Surfers Paradise delivers an authentic Yallingup holiday experience.
INTERIOR
The main living area is located on the upper level and features an open-plan design that maximises natural light and ocean views. Comfortable lounges, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and large windows create a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring the region. Glass doors open directly onto the furnished balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the coastal outlook and fresh sea breeze.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, ample storage, and everything needed for holiday meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six guests and provides a relaxed setting for shared meals and entertaining.
BEDROOMS
-Master Bedroom: A spacious room with direct access to the patio with garden views, it features a king size bed, a private ensuite and its large storage space.
-Bedroom 2: Featuring a king bed this bright and inviting room comes suited with its own private ensuite.
-Bedroom 3: Providing a queen size bed, this room has large windows and peaceful garden outlooks.
BATHROOM
This home offers two ensuite bathrooms and an additional toilet.
-Private Ensuite to Master Bedroom: Is sleek and modern, providing comfort and privacy to its user. It includes its own shower, vanity and toilet.
-Ensuite to Bedroom 2: Offers a full ensuite with a spacious walk in shower, vanity and toilet.
-Additional toilet: Located in the laundry room, the third toilet provides convenience for larger groups.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council. Although this property will allow one dog per booking, please note the property is not fully fenced. Animals are not
