Reverse cycle air conditioners will keep you cool in the Summer and warm and cosy in the Winter months Main bedroom has a huge comfy king bed that you can relax in, lay back and watch some TV and chill out. There are also generous cupboard space in both bedrooms. Bathroom/ Laundry area is light, functional and well equipped, with a separate toilet. You will have no issues where to park when you book to stay here, there is a secure undercover parking space just behind the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Minimum Stay 3 nights. Maximum number of adults (over 18 years) per accommodation 4. Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours * If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
