Sunrise Tranquillity is an award-winning luxury retreat in the Yallingup Hills, designed for relaxed family and group escapes among peaceful gardens and treetop views. The home features spacious open-plan living, a suspended fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, second living area, heated six-seater spa, outdoor kitchen and alfresco spaces made for entertaining.
The home has been thoughtfully designed for both indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation, with stylish living spaces, flexible dining areas and a converted games room for added family fun. Guests can unwind by the fireplace, enjoy the spa beneath the stars, or cook and dine outside while surrounded by the natural beauty of the South West.
BEDROOMS
The home includes four bedrooms across separate sleeping areas.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed in the private primary suite, with hill views, split-system air conditioning and ensuite.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with deck access, split-system air conditioning and private ensuite.
Bedroom 3: One single bed and one bunk bed, ideal for children or friends travelling together.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed in a peaceful guest room, with split-system air conditioning.
BATHROOMS
The property includes three bathrooms in total.
Bathroom 1: Private ensuite attached to the primary suite, featuring a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and double vanity.
Bathroom 2: Private ensuite attached to Bedroom 2, featuring a freestanding bath and walk-in shower.
Bathroom 3: Shared bathroom servicing the remaining bedrooms.

Firewood is provided during the winter months.
The pizza oven and ethanol burner are available seasonally.
Functions, parties and gatherings are not permitted.
Guests are asked to respect local noise restrictions.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
