Overview
Four spacious villas can accommodate up to 5 people. The main bedroom has a Q/S bed. In three of the villas there are three single beds. The fourth villa has two Q/S bedroom settings, with an additional single bedin the second bedroom. The villas are all fully self-contained, with crockery, cutlery and linen. There is TV, DVD, R/C air conditioning and a wood fire. A fully equipped laundry, seperate bathroom and toilet complete the layout.
Each of the three Spa Studios have high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. There is a spacious kitchen, living and sleeping area which looks out through large picture windows onto your private balcony. The Studios are ideally set up for a couple with a Spa, ensuite, fully fitted kitchen, Smart TV, DVD, reverse cycle air conditioning and quality furnishings.
Spa Studio 1 offers views of Wilson Inlet, Spa Studios 2 & 3 look out over hills and surrounding farmland. Relax in your Spa and enjoy the view.
All the Villas and Spa Studios are free standing.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellations are free until one month before check in. After that you will be charged the amount of one night and if cancelled 24 hours before check in you will be charged the full amount.
Upon your arrival there are a small amount of guest amenities for your use (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soaps, toilet paper etc). Please note we are not a hotel so due to cost constraints these cannot be restocked during your stay.
In the cooler months Villas will have some firewood supplied. Again due to cost constraints this is limited and if you wish to restock your supply bags can be purchased at both service stations in town or Blossoms nursery on Ocean Beach Road.
All promotional pricing / packages are not-applicable for public holidays and / or school holiday periods.
Upon vacating your accommodation we request that it is left in a condition similar if not the same as when you arrived. This means dishes washed, cooking equipment clean, fridge clean, dog hair removed (if applicable) etc. Any accommodation that requires additional cleaning than what we carry out as a 'standard vacate clean' may incur charges of $50 per hour.
Pets: A one off fee of $100 is required per pet. We allow 1 big dog or 2 small/ medium dogs. Please contact us to discuss if you wish to bring your fury friend on holiday with you. We request that they refrain from sitting on any furniture including beds and stay out of the bedrooms in the villas. Preferably take pets with you while on day trips. If pets are to be left alone please leave them in the laundry (if in a villa). Please make sure you clean up after your pet. Any additional time required by our cleaning staff to clean up after a guests pet will be an additional charge of $50 per hour. Any damage caused by pets will also be charged back to the guest. Spring Bay Villas is a peaceful location so we cannot have dogs stay with us that bark.
Long term stays: During the quieter months long term rates can be discussed on an individual basis. Some long term arrangements may require extra cleans which will be included and form part of the overall rate.
Bookings in general will not be taken over six months in advance.
Early departure from your booking or stay with us is non-refundable.

CHECK OUT AT THE END OF OCCUPANCY STRICTLY AT 10.00AM
Only the number of people designated on check in may stay in the property overnight. Please ensure that the unbooked beds are not used - to do so may incur an additional charge of $25.00 per bed, per night.

On checkout please replace the key on the hook where it was on arrival.
Parking Please use the designated parking area near your unit.
No responsibility can be taken for any property left by guests at the premises. (Please check all wardrobes and drawers before vacating the property.)
We understand that mishaps happen. However, any breakages or damage to the property and it’s contents or common areas, may incur charges for reimbursement.
The guest authorizes the Manager to charge their credit card for any loss or damage.
