Singlefile Wines is located at 90 Walter Road, 7 kilometers from the town centre of Denmark in Western Australia's Great Southern region. Surrounded by rolling vineyards and picturesque countryside, the winery is easily accessible by car via South Coast Highway and Scotsdale Road.

The property is approximately 55km west of Albany, a 45-minute drive away, and around four and a half hours' drive south of Perth. Ample parking is available on site, making it a convenient stop while exploring the renowned food, wine and natural attractions of the Great Southern.
