Samphire Chalet Tuart is a secluded eco-luxury retreat set beside the peaceful Wonnerup Estuary, with uninterrupted views across the surrounding wetlands, private dam and farmland. One of three standalone chalets at Samphire, it offers a private and tranquil setting for couples seeking a relaxing stay near Wonnerup Beach and Busselton.
INTERIOR
Thoughtfully designed to complement its natural surroundings, the chalet features floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary furnishings and push-button electric blinds. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table and dedicated workspace, while the compact kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
BEDROOMS
- Master Bedroom: The chalet includes one spacious bedroom with a king bed, TV and generous wardrobe storage. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow guests to wake up to peaceful views of the surrounding natural landscape.
BATHROOMS
- The chalet includes one spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, toilet and premium bathroom amenities.
AMENITIES
- Entertainment: TV and free Starlink WiFi for streaming and connectivity.
- Climate Control: Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
- Kitchen Facilities: Refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils and kitchenware.
- Laundry Facilities: A shared washing machine is available on request, with an iron and ironing board also provided.
- Outdoor Living: A private deck with outdoor seating overlooking the estuary, wetlands and surrounding farmland.
- Fire Pit: A private seasonal firepit is available during the permitted fire season.
- Parking: On-site driveway parking is available.
- Sustainability: The chalet operates using off-grid solar power and filtered rainwater.
EXTERIOR
Guests can relax on the private deck, take in the surrounding wetland and farmland views or spend an evening beside the seasonal firepit. The open grassed backyard is shared with the other two chalets.
TO NOTE
- Children and infants cannot be accommodated.
- Pets are not permitted.
- The firepit may only be used during the permitted fire season.
- The grassed backyard and washing machine are shared with the other chalets.
- The chalet does not include an oven.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
