For an alternative to the ferry journey, flights between Perth (Jandakot Airport) and Rottnest are available. Scenic flights around Rottnest and beyond are also offered by the Rottnest Air Taxi service and depart from the Rottnest Aerodrome - call or email for reservations.
See here our sunset flights out of Jandakot Airport. They are something EXTRA SPECIAL and are a fantastic way to see and celebrate the “City of Lights”. Our City and Beaches Sunset flight takes you along the coast from Fremantle to Sorrento Quay, then arcs out over Perth City. We watch the sun go down and the lights around Perth come on, then we track along the silvery waters of the Swan River back to Jandakot Airport. An experience not to be missed.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellations by us:
If we need to cancel the flight on the day due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to contact you, and offer to either re-schedule your flight at no charge or give you a full refund. It's your choice.
Cancellations by you:
If you request cancellation of a booked flight, administration fees will apply.
Those fees are:
More than 48 hours ahead, $100.
One day ahead of your booked flight $150.
Cancellations on the day of your flight are non-refundable.
Rescheduling by us:
Sometimes we are unable to service your flight at exactly the time that is on the booking. If we need to reschedule your flight on the day due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will re-schedule your flight at no charge to a different time on the same day.
Rescheduling by you:
If you request rescheduling of a booked flight, administration fees will apply.
Those fees are:
More than 48 hours ahead, $100.
One day ahead of your booked flight $150.
Rescheduling on the day of your flight will be considered a last minute cancellation. See "Cancellations by you" above. We prefer to make our service as flexible as possible and, at our discretion, may reduce or waive the above fees.
