INTERIOR

This well-presented 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers a comfortable and practical layout, perfect for families or small groups. The main bedroom features a queen bed with semi-ensuite access to the bathroom, while the second bedroom also includes a queen bed and the third offers two king single beds. The living area is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, a large Smart TV and stereo system for your comfort and entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and stove, making meal preparation easy. Family-friendly extras such as a high chair and kids step stool are also provided. The bathroom includes a bath and separate shower, with a separate toilet located off the laundry, which also features an automatic washing machine.

OUTDOOR

A small rear courtyard is fully enclosed with paving throughout, providing a secure space for your pet (please note there is limited undercover area). The back patio includes a gas BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for casual meals. At the front of the property, there is a lawn area, single carport and space for a small boat or dinghy (no parking on the lawn permitted).

LOCATION

Ideally located, you can walk straight out the front door and be virtually on the river, with town, shops and beaches all just moments away. This central location makes it easy to enjoy everything Kalbarri has to offer, from fishing and boating to coastal walks and local dining.
