Wish we could have stayed longer!
What a wonderful place for spending time with nature! Our room was lovely and quiet, except for the curious birds who stopped to see if we'd feed them! We had a balcony that overlooked the lake--a glorious view. And the food in the restaurant was first class--what a great chef they had! The Lamb entree was fantastic! The hike along the lake and back through the trees was wonderful. I just wished we had more time to stay there!Sensational unique location.
The restaurant is quite beautiful taking full advantage of its lakeside position. The fire at night is welcoming and the foreshore subtle lighting makes dinner a great experience. The great thing is you don't have to leave to find better/cheaper eating options. It is all there for you.We also totally enjoyed the antics of the local wildlife (parrots and ducks) which visit your cabin. information about laundry facilities would be helpful, coin operated washer and dryer and detergent!

Recently we had a lovely stay in a lakeside room. One of our favourite locations as its so peaceful and absolutely a must if you are looking for a scenic, back to nature getaway. The restaurant meals were outstanding and the chef and staff were so friendly and obliging. Overall massive improvements since RAC have taken over, I highly recommend a stay here.
