4 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious family home (2 x Queen beds, 4 x Singles) is now available for your next holiday in Kalbarri.
Includes a separate smaller TV / chill area, large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Big outdoor fully enclosed BBQ and dining area to spend quality time with the family in a relaxed atmosphere. Fully enclosed back yard with green lawns and gardens and as the family dog is also welcome they even have their own bed and water bowl supplied as well. These owners have thought of everything to make your holiday stay the best. The large fully enclosed green lawns and gardens in the back yard are also great for the kids to play and enjoy this wonderful home all together. And finally to make your holiday stay a total joy you have our beautiful Blueholes beach straight across the road to watch those awesome sunsets each night. You will totally enjoy your stay in this wonderful home.

1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you.
2. Linen and towels are provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.
3. Pet Friendly, but no pets inside. $50 fee per pet applies. (Max 2 dogs )
4. All our properties are fully self contained.
5. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.
6. No smoking inside our properties.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Terms & conditions if your plans change
Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property. All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee is non refundable.
FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable.
FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Eg Stayz/Homeaway/Booking.com/AirBnB
Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, The following will occur:
1. Zero to Thirty-one (0 to 31) days prior to the Check-in Date: zero percent (0%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).
2. Thirty-one to sixty (31 to 60) days prior to the Check-in Date, twenty five percent (25%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).
3. Sixty-one to ninety (61 to 90) days prior to the Check-in Date, seventy five percent (75%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).
4. Ninety-one to 275 (91 to 275) days prior to the Check-in Date, one hundred percent (100%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).
