Peppermint Paradise is a well-appointed coastal retreat in Dunsborough, designed for relaxed holidays with family and friends. The home features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with an oversized L-shaped sofa, indoor-outdoor flow and CBUS smart lighting for added comfort.
The gourmet kitchen includes premium Miele appliances, a built-in coffee machine, warming tray, induction cooktop, Caesarstone benchtops and a spacious island bench. Guests can gather around the indoor dining table for ten or step outside to the undercover alfresco area for BBQ dining.
A dedicated home theatre provides a cinematic experience with plush seating, blackout blinds, starlight ceiling, built-in projector and screen. The primary suite also includes a dedicated home office with built-in desk, making the home suitable for guests needing to work remotely.

After days at Dunsborough Beach or exploring the South West, guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower, prepare fresh catch at the fish cleaning station or enjoy alfresco dining on the patio.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
