Description

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom older style beach house has had a few new additions recently with new flooring, bathroom reno's and 2 new beds. Bedding arrangements are, a new queen bed in main room, 1 x tri-bunk bed and 1 set of bunk beds in second room and a new queen bed in third room. Reverse cycle air con in lounge room. Ceiling fans throughout, including all bedrooms. TV and DVD player in lounge. Microwave, fridge/freezer and stove/oven in kitchen, with basic kitchen cooking utensils and a combined dining area. Twin tub washing machine in laundry with separate shower and toilet together in bathroom.

BBQ and outdoor furniture under veranda. Lawns surround the house. Fish cleaning table. Plenty of parking with 2 driveways with room for boats as well. The yard is not enclosed. This house is older & basic . So good value for a comfy holiday house. All beds have mattress protectors on them with Bed-covers and pillows. BYO LINEN, Towels, bath mats and tea towels.

1. Booking fee of $47 applies to your booking.

2. Linen and towels ARE NOT provided at this property. We do have a linen hire service for your convenience.

3. Strictly NO pet property.

4. ALL our properties are fully self contained.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property. All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email. FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee. FEE 2 - The Booking Fee FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable. FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Boys fishing home

Very well placed to get to the IGA and the coffee shops. Plenty of room for cars and the boat. Undercover parking for the second car and good patio to sit out and have cheese and biscuits.Had to fix one bed before it could be used that had collapsed Washing machine needs to be replaced as no one could work out the twin tub.
