Escape to Paperbark Retreat, a spacious, family-friendly sanctuary nestled on a large, tranquil block in Little Grove, just a short walk, bike ride, or drive from Albany’s pristine beaches, Torndirrup National Park, and town centre. Designed to comfortably accommodate two families, this well-appointed home features four bedrooms (2 queen, 2 twin, plus bunks) and three bathrooms, making it ideal for up to 10 guests.
Bright and airy living spaces include two separate lounges, perfect for kids and adults, plus a dining area, cozy reading nooks, and an expansive outdoor deck overlooking lush gardens.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and oven, while daily living is made easy with a washing machine, heating and air-conditioning, fireplace, complimentary Wi-Fi, and included linens. Outdoors, you’ll find barbecue facilities, a dining table (seats six), patio furniture, and parking for your convenience.

- Check-in: From 3 PM to midnight; let us know your arrival time in advance

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellations:
Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (for bookings made more
than 7 days before arrival).
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-In: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur a fee. Must be arranged in advance.
Keys: Provided via lockbox. Codes will be sent prior to arrival.
Guest Responsibilities:
Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Conduct: Guests must behave responsibly and not cause a nuisance to neighbors.
Excessive noise, parties, or unauthorized functions are prohibited.
Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM on weekdays, and after 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM on weekends and public holidays.
Cleanliness: Properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may apply if left unsatisfactory.
Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay.
Damage: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Costs will be charged to the guest.
Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the property. Breaches may incur
additional cleaning fees.
Pets: Only permitted at pet-friendly properties with prior approval. A per night, per pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets.
Additional Services
Linen: Provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available on request. For stays longer than 2 weeks, a
complimentary mid-stay clean (including linen change and consumables top-up) is provided.
