Downstairs: Open plan living and dining area includes a dining suite, two comfortable couches, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen equipped with a cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 with a Queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 with a Queen sized bed. Family bathroom with a bath*. Full laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open style loft area with three Single beds. Outdoors: Enjoy the beautiful weather and temperate nights outside while dining alfresco in the spacious undercover outdoor entertaining area, which includes a built-in barbeque. Parking outside the villa for two cars OR a car and a boat. External bathroom including a shower and toilet, perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach. Communal pool for the Osprey Holiday Village complex. *Please note the family bathroom contains a bath only as the spa components have been removed. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
