It is well-equipped for you to have a tranquil time visiting the Ningaloo Reef including access to Wi-Fi. After exploring the wonderful sights Exmouth has to offer, enjoy a refreshing dip in the Osprey Village pool surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens, located right next to the villa.

Downstairs: Open plan living and dining area includes a dining suite, three comfortable lounges and a flat screen TV. Fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, an electric stove top, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 with a Queen size bed. Bedroom 2 with two Single beds. Family bathroom. Full laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open loft style room with two Single beds, a small sitting area and boasts a view over the golf course and Exmouth Gulf. Outdoors: External bathroom with a shower and toilet, perfect for washing off sand after a day at the beach. Parking for two cars OR a car and a boat up to 7m. Undercover patio area with built-in barbeque. Communal swimming pool for Osprey Holiday Village complex. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
