Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 with Double bed Bedroom 2 with two Single beds. 2 way family bathroom with shower and bath Full laundry Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open style loft area with a Queen bed and a luxurious spa bath on a raised platform with lovely views over the bushland. All bedrooms have built-in robes. Outside: Enjoy the beautiful weather and temperate nights outside and use the barbeque in the outdoor entertaining area. Parking outside the villa for two cars or a car and a boat up to 7m in length. External bathroom including a shower and toilet is perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach. Osprey Holiday Village pool for guests Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.
