INTERIOR
Ocean Views is a refined three-level coastal retreat set high on Yallingup Hill, showcasing sweeping views across Yallingup and the Indian Ocean. Designed for elevated group stays, the home offers multiple indoor and outdoor living zones, giving guests space to gather, relax and enjoy the coastline.
On the first floor, the main living and dining area captures expansive ocean views and connects to a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, ample storage and quality appliances. The dining table seats eight, while the covered balcony provides an all-seasons alfresco space for long lunches, sunset drinks and ocean-view dining.
On the second floor, a second living area includes its own dining space and fully equipped kitchen, opening to outdoor areas with treetop and ocean views. The third-floor lounge features an oversized L-shaped sofa and TV, creating a quiet retreat for children or guests wanting extra space.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
