Set across three spacious levels, Ocean Views offers six well-appointed bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, creating an ideal retreat for families and larger groups. Designed to maximise its elevated position, the home features multiple light-filled living areas and two fully equipped kitchens, making entertaining and extended stays effortless. The main living and dining space showcases sweeping views across Yallingup and the Indian Ocean, while the covered balcony provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining or sunset drinks.
A second living area with its own kitchen and dining space offers additional flexibility, opening onto several outdoor entertaining areas with ocean and treetop views. Upstairs, a third-floor lounge with an oversized L-shaped sofa and TV creates a peaceful retreat for children or those looking to unwind. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite with a walk-in shower, deep soaking bath, and separate toilet. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning downstairs and ducted air conditioning upstairs, while a separate laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Perched high on Yallingup Hill, Ocean Views enjoys an enviable position overlooking the stunning coastline and Indian Ocean. Yallingup Beach is just moments away, offering easy access to swimming, surfing, and coastal walks, while nearby cafés and local eateries provide relaxed dining options within easy reach.
Ideally located in the heart of the Margaret River region, the property is only a short drive from world-class wineries, acclaimed restaurants, boutique breweries, and spectacular natural attractions. Whether you're exploring the region or simply soaking in the panoramic ocean views from the comfort of the home, Ocean Views provides the perfect base for a memorable South West escape.
TO NOTE
All linen and towels are provided.
A starter pack of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge, and bin bags is supplied.
Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway and garage.
Split-system air conditioning is available in the downstairs living area, with ducted air conditioning servicing the upstairs living area.
No leavers permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
