Ocean Mist Villa is a fully self contained three bedroom two bathroom beachside villa.We have taken the extra effort to ensure guests can enjoy themselves in comfortable surrounds and endulge in the wonders of Albany and the Great Southern.
Whether it be watching the whales, walking the trails,playing a round of golf, viewing the rugged coastline or relaxing with a local wine, Rob and Helen would like their guests to be able to come back to OceanMist Villa and ESCAPE.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
More than 30 days notice - deposit refund less $100.
30 days & less notice - deposit will be forfeited unless alternative arrangements are negotiated.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Private Therapeutic Outdoor Spa-rates avail on request.

Directions
Directions: from the large roundabout as you enter Albany, take the exit marked North Road. From here you can reach OceanMist Villa a couple of ways:
along North road till first roundabout - turn left into Ulster Road. Follow till reaching Trude Street exit on your right (about 3kms) Follow Trude Street until end, turn left onto Golf Links Road, then first right in to Barry Court. or:
Along North Road until second roundabout, exit right into Campbell Road,until reaching Middleton Beach Road(Ambulance Centre on the left corner) Turn left onto Middleton Beach Road and follow thru to second roundabout and exit left onto Golf Links Road. Along about 2kms turn right into Barry Court.

Perfect spot for beach lovers
Had a great time. Self contained with everything you need. Spa was great. Good location. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance from beach. Air-conditioning, fan and big dining tableExcellent place to stay! Would highly recommend!
Helen was there to meet me when I arrived which a really nice personal touch. The property was really clean and welcoming. Had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.
