INTERIOR

The heart of Maybrook is its open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for gathering and entertaining. Relax in the comfortable lounge beside the built-in gas fireplace and enjoy your favourite shows on the 55" Smart TV. A separate theatre room provides a second living space, complete with leather seating and a 65" curved Samsung TV for movie nights.

The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, including an electric oven, dishwasher, spacious island bench, and built-in Siemens coffee machine. The adjoining dining area seats eight guests and flows seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining space.

BEDROOMS
-Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, reverse-cycle air conditioning, walk-in storage, and private spa-like ensuite featuring a soaking bath and walk-in shower.
-Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, ample storage with reverse-cycle air conditioning, and private ensuite bathroom.
-Bedroom 3: Two single beds with reverse-cycle air conditioning and private storage.
-Bedroom 4: Two single beds with reverse-cycle air conditioning and private storage.

The home offers three well-appointed bathrooms:
-Spa-like Ensuite to the master bedroom with bath, shower, double vanity, and toilet.
-Private fully equipped ensuite to the second bedroom.
