Very accommodating to wheelchair access
My uncle and family visited Australia for the first time and decided to make Mandurah their first destination. My cousin is wheelchair-bound but was really looking forward to going on the dolphin cruise. As advised on the website, I had to call to let the company know beforehand if wheelchair access is required. They were extremely accommodating and even changed the intended vessel for that day to the Dancing Dolphin which is the best one for wheelchairs. I was very touched at this arrangement and would like to thank you for going above and beyond for the disabled. My cousin has never in her life felt so free going everywhere on a wheelchair and you guys certainly helped her feel what’s it like to be able to go out and do stuff like that. Thank you for your service with a heart.

Retirees day out
Our CBH retired members group booked a 1 hour trip around the estuary and canals in Mandurah. This trip was coupled with lunch at the Ravenswood Hotel. The booking and our adjustment of numbers for the cruise were greatly appreciated. The 1 hour was enough for our elderly patrons. The boarding process and commentary are given about the estuary and opulent canal housing was very good. Recommended.

loved it
We are regulars on the evening booze boat and last week it was perfect, as always - with or without dolphins. We did see one and even if we hadn't we got our money's worth. Access is super easy, the staff are always wonderful and the drinks options are always a must-have. For me, the best event is the night cruise with delicious food offerings and bevos. Thanks, Mandurah cruises. see you Christmas eve if not sooner. Cheers.
