Beautiful large spacious family home located in Madora Bay, in a quiet street and a two minute walk to Madora Bay Beach. The home boasts a large spacious living area and self contained kitchen facilities and amenities including cooker and dishwasher. Four good size bedrooms, with two bathrooms, master bedroom includes en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms include queen size beds and the last bedroom serves as a kids room with one single bed, and one bunk bed with two singles.

Enjoy the convenience of the laundry area and washing facilities. Patio area with outside table and chairs with BBQ and seating area, fully enclosed back garden which is great for children, with a park down the end of the road.

The house is a five minute drive to Lakelands Shopping Center that includes basic shopping needs, a ten minute drive to Mandurah town center and five minutes drive to the railway station. This home has been designed as a home away from home so everyone can enjoy their creature comforts. It has NBN wifi, TV flat screen and study area. At the property there are extra sofa beds so the property can accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. The location makes it perfect to host a golf weekender for large groups, with several courses available with a short 5-20 minute drive.

Children must be supervised and respectful of the home, leaving it in the same condition as when you walk in the door.
Leavers, Hens/Bucks stays & parties are not permitted under insurance conditions.
