The heart of Luxe Home is its spacious, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, designed for effortless family living in leafy Bayonet Head. The living area features a Smart TV, while the fully equipped modern kitchen
offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. A striking stacked-stone feature wall runs through the home, adding warmth and character to the light-filled, contemporary interior.

BEDROOMS
-Master Bedroom: The spacious master suite features a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, complemented by a stacked-stone feature wall and walk-in robe.
-Second Bedroom: A cozy and inviting space with a queen bed, perfect for restful nights.
-Home Cinema: A dedicated cinema nook with three-seat leather recliners set against a moody stone feature wall, ideal for movie nights in.

BATHROOMS
The property includes two well-appointed bathrooms:
The ensuite in the master bedroom, featuring a double vanity, rain shower and floor-to-ceiling stone-look tiling.
A separate family bathroom with a large bath, designed with modern amenities for your comfort.

EXTERIOR
Set in leafy, peaceful Bayonet Head, Luxe Home offers a comfortable, private base close to Oyster Harbour, the Kalgan River, Nanarup Beach, the Porongurup Range and Bluff Knoll. The undercover alfresco area is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing after a day spent exploring the Great Southern.

-All bed and bathroom linens are provided for your stay.
-Housekeeping is provided weekly.
-Non-smoking property.
-A valid credit card is required prior to booking; full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates.
-Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. No cancellation is allowed within 14 days of arrival over school/public holiday periods, or within 30 days of arrival for Christmas and New Year's Eve bookings.
-Please phone if bringing additional children beyond what is stated on the booking form.
