Deeply encaptured under 100 year old peppermint trees and stunning deciduous trees, our six private contemporary villas are situated high within the hillside to take advantage of endless views across the lake and countryside. Guests will experience in-villa massages and spa treatments using certified organic products, Chef-prepared delicious plant-based, whole food cuisine, state of the art accommodation including king size beds, stone kitchens and luxury Rain-dance showers, large outdoor Jacuzzi spas flush with the decks overlooking the lake, fountains, granite stone bridge and avenues and groves of assorted European and native trees. Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
A minimum deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required to confirm all bookings.
All rates are based on 2 people.
Extra adults are $150.00 each per night and children under 17 are $50 each per night (available in the 2 bedroomed villas only).
Rates are based on a minimum 2 night stay.
Peak season rates apply during all public holidays Christmas Easter Leeuwin Concerts and other predetermined dates.

Cancellation Policy
14 days notice of cancellation is required to ensure a full refund less admin fee 30 days in all peak periods.
Non-refundable admin fee of $50.00 is applicable to all cancellations.
If cancellation is made less than 14 days or 30 days in peak season prior to arrival date and we cannot rebook any of the nights in question you will be charged in full for those nights.
Change in dates or alterations to bookings attract a fee of $50.00. May not be available if booking is within 14 days.
