Its location offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquillity—just minutes to Albany’s town centre, Mt Clarence walking trails, and beautiful coastal attractions, while feeling pleasantly secluded and surrounded by nature.
Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting space featuring two well-appointed bedrooms—one king and one queen—alongside a bright, spacious lounge area, functional kitchen, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The home is fitted with a dual-fuel stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential kitchenware. Air conditioning in the king bedroom helps regulate the climate throughout the open-plan living and dining space, which also features a ceiling fan. Enjoy uninterrupted relaxation, high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, and a beautiful outlook in this charming, affordable getaway.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellations:
Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (for bookings made more
than 7 days before arrival).
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-In: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur a fee. Must be arranged in advance.
Keys: Provided via lockbox. Codes will be sent prior to arrival.
Guest Responsibilities:
Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Conduct: Guests must behave responsibly and not cause a nuisance to neighbors.
Excessive noise, parties, or unauthorized functions are prohibited.
Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM on weekdays, and after 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM on weekends and public holidays.
Cleanliness: Properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may apply if left unsatisfactory.
Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay.
Damage: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Costs will be charged to the guest.
Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the property. Breaches may incur
additional cleaning fees.
Pets: Only permitted at pet-friendly properties with prior approval. A per night, per pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets.
Additional Services
Linen: Provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available on request. For stays longer than 2 weeks, a
complimentary mid-stay clean (including linen change and consumables top-up) is provided.
