Lilywood offers a serene countryside escape on four acres of lush Margaret River landscape. Relax in the open-plan living area with its L-shaped sofa, slow-combustion wood heater, and a selection of books and board games. For movie nights, retreat to the theatre room with leather sofas and a wall-mounted TV. During winter, a small amount of firewood is provided for the fireplace, with extra available locally.

Step outside to the expansive deck, complete with a dining table for eight, a BBQ, and festoon lighting—perfect for leisurely meals or a quiet evening with a glass of local wine. The sprawling lawn, wooded areas, and paddock invite games of cricket, footy, or simply exploring the grounds.

Ducted air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort, and free on-site parking is available.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end European appliances, an oversized island, and ample cookware, making it easy to prepare everything from casual breakfasts to full-group dinners. The adjacent wooden dining table seats eight, ideal for shared meals with views of the gardens.
