There are four Villas and six Cottages, comprising of one, two and three bedrooms.
Each are fully self contained; great for families, some sleeping up to eight people.
There is a playground for the kids, BBQ's to cook outside and picnic tables so you can enjoy the views over dinner or a glass of local wine
The property is absolute waterfront as are some of our villas and cottages. Please note all our villas & cottages are non smoking. No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Occupancy of your accommodation is restricted to the number of people entered when you book. Any additional occupants will be changed to your credit card at rate of AUD35 per person per night.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 28 days prior to arrival, a full refund applies.
Cancellations between 7 days and 28 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation.
No refund is provided for cancellations within 7 days of arrival or for no shows.
NOTE: Christmas, New Year and Easter are non refundable.
We reserve the right to charge for any excess cleaning or damage to property. By continuing with your booking, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
