Dining table with 6 chairs.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: Double Bed
Bedroom 3: Single Bunk Bed.

BATHROOM
Contains both a shower and a low bathtub with 2 access doors. The toilet is separate.

LAUNDRY
Includes washing machine and iron & board.

OUTDOORS
Fully enclosed backyard with plenty of grass, perfect for kids or a dog to play in.
Gas BBQ also in the backyard.
Ample space for parking including room to park a boat.

PETS
You are allowed to bring your dog with you. There will be a $100.00 Refundable Bond payable by Check In. Your dog MUST remain OUTSIDE AT ALL TIMES and cleaned up after prior to Vacate. If dog hair is found inside the house or the yard has not been cleaned of its' business, your Bond will be forfeited.

ACTIVITIES
Enjoy local activities like beachcombing, bird watching, scenic drives, sight-seeing, and walking. Engage in sports and recreation such as basketball, cycling, fishing, rollerblading, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, and wind-surfing. Nearby conveniences include ATMs, fitness centers, groceries, laundromats, massage therapists, and medical services.

Sleeps up to 6 guests in 4 beds (4 ADULTS MAXIMUM).
Please note that there is a $30 booking fee and $100 linen & towels fee.
All bed linen, pillows and bath towels provided for a mandatory fee. Please BYO Beach Towels.
Some consumables are provided to get you through the first few days. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.
