Located just a 2-minute walk from scenic McKail Lake, this spacious and modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Built in 2015, the home is thoughtfully designed with families in mind, offering a light-filled open-plan living space, a stylish and fully equipped kitchen, and a covered alfresco area ideal for relaxed outdoor dining. Enjoy views of the picturesque Lakeside Park, located directly across the road—complete with a lake, walking paths, and a playground that’s perfect for children and little bikes.
Inside, the master suite overlooks the park and includes a private ensuite and walk-in robe. Each of the three additional bedrooms is generously sized and fitted with built-in robes. The main living area features air-conditioning (note: bedrooms are not air-conditioned) and flows seamlessly into the outdoor entertainment area and private, fully fenced backyard. Whether you're staying for a short family break or an extended trip, this home offers self check-in, free Wi-Fi, and all the amenities needed for a stress-free stay. The double garage and free on-site parking provide added convenience, and the home is just a short drive to local shops, schools, and attractions such as Orana Cinemas.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellations:
Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (for bookings made more
than 7 days before arrival).
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-In: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur a fee. Must be arranged in advance.
Keys: Provided via lockbox. Codes will be sent prior to arrival.
Guest Responsibilities:
Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Conduct: Guests must behave responsibly and not cause a nuisance to neighbors.
Excessive noise, parties, or unauthorized functions are prohibited.
Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM on weekdays, and after 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM on weekends and public holidays.
Cleanliness: Properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may apply if left unsatisfactory.
Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay.
Damage: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Costs will be charged to the guest.
Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the property. Breaches may incur
additional cleaning fees.
Pets: Only permitted at pet-friendly properties with prior approval. A per night, per pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets.
Additional Services
Linen: Provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available on request. For stays longer than 2 weeks, a
complimentary mid-stay clean (including linen change and consumables top-up) is provided.
