The home features a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with a feature stone fireplace, plush lounge seating, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a seamless flow out to the expansive timber deck. Designed for families and groups, it combines modern comfort with a relaxed South West escape, close to Dunsborough town centre, beaches, wineries and local cafés.
BEDROOMS
The home includes five bedrooms across two separate sleeping wings.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite, air conditioning and sliding doors opening to the deck.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ensuite, air conditioning and deck access.
Bedroom 3: King bed with ensuite, air conditioning and sliding doors to the deck.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with ensuite, air conditioning and a comfortable guest room setting.
Bedroom 5: One single bed and one bunk bed, ideal for children or friends travelling together.
BATHROOMS
The property includes five bathrooms in total.
Bathrooms 1-4: Private ensuites attached to the four main bedrooms.
Bathroom 5: Main bathroom servicing the fifth bedroom, featuring a deep bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
