2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 storey apartment. 1 large room with 1 x queen bed and large ensuite plus small sitting area, all with views. The second room has 1 x double bed, all downstairs. Reverse cycle air con in living area (upstairs) and both bedrooms (downstairs). Large screen TV, in lounge. Microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer in the well stocked kitchen,. Second Bathroom with separate toilet is combined in the laundry with a washing machine. There is an extra powder room upstairs as well.
Separate single garage available. Fantastic views of the coastal cliffs and ocean. The BBQ is situated on small back patio. The driveway is shared side by side with Unit 1 so limited parking of 2 cars. Please No parking on lawns due to retic.
DOWNSTAIRS; Main bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and laundry.
UPSTAIRS; Large Kitchen/dining/living area with views up and down the coast. Extra powder room and small balcony with views.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee
FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable.

Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur:

Magnificent Kingview 2
We really enjoyed our holiday in Kalbarri and it was alway pleasant to come back to our clean, well equipped and comfortable accommodation at Kingview 2. Watching whales from the dining table or sunsets from the couch you couldn’t ask for a better view!Watch the Whales from your armchair
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, except for the stairs,which at our age we found quite challenging , so have booked our stay next year at a property on one level.We were able to walk into town to the lovely bakeries, cafes and other amenities, or just stroll along the riverfront.
Geraldton made for a good day trip to top up on supplies and visit the Chapman Valley. Another day trip to visit the Pink Lake, Port Gregory and Horrocks was a highlight. Best of all was our trip to the National Park to experience the Skywalk and do all of the short walks. What a magnificent structure the Skywalk is.
