Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions.

The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes there to may change the tariff.
Bookings cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less $30.00 cancellation fee.
Where bookings are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, an amount for the first night of the accommodation quoted above will be retained. Bookings can be moved, however, prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply.
The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (two or more on-site accommodations), however, 30 days notice must be given in this case.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.

Only one promotional/membership offer can be redeemed on any booking. Promotional codes, vouchers or membership discounts must be redeemed at the time of online booking.
Discounts will not be applied or refunded after a booking has been confirmed.

Guests may be liable for additional cleaning fees where accommodation has been left in an unreasonable untidy/dirty condition, including dirty dishes.
Guests are liable for any breakages, at the replacement cost price.

In the respect for the comfort of others staying at Kimberleyland Holiday Park, we only allow one vehicle per booking site.

We reserve the right to refuse entry into Kimberleyland Holiday Park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.

Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Lovely Park
Had a week here. Lovely park that backs on to Lake Kununurra. Some van sites back on to the lake. Lots of bird life. Close to everything. Although it was very busy it was very well managed. Staff were very helpful and gave great service. Coffee shop on site is well supported by park residents and locals.

Great location, great site
This was a great van park to stay at. The waterfront sites are breath taking. The facilities are clean and well serviced, and you're central enough to visit all the sites the area has to offer. There was enough space that we didn't annoy the neighbours (I don't think), and plenty of sites available. The kids will love the place as well.

Excellent - highly recommend it
The cabin was fully self contained with all the facilities of an apartment - perfect for us. The shower was hot and strong. The grounds are just beautiful and so well maintained and are lush And tropical located right on the lake. I wish I'd stayed longer. A 'best kept secret'.
