A valid credit card is required prior to booking. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.

No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over 'event' periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Years Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel within any of the no cancellation periods you are required to pay 2 nights of your stay as a penalty.
No Show Policy
In case of no show, no refund will be issued.

Cosy for a weekend getaway
We had a lovely stay at Martin’s place. The home was cosy, exactly as pictured and had all of the amenities for our weekend away. It was just what we needed and would definitely recommend! A great location too - walkable to the beach and restaurants. Thank you so much!Perfect family home
Place looked and felt spotless clean, which always makes me feel more comfortable. Our 1 and 3 y/o loved all the toys and books. Kindly provided a cot and high chair for us. Stayed middle of winter, so had the heaters cranked to keep the kids warm. Excellent location in Middleton beach - walkable for a 1.5y/o. Great quality linen and big fluffy towels. Definitely recommend to families or couples.Cozy getaway
Perfect little house for a get away to Albany. Based in the heart of Middleton Beach, it was easy to walk to the beach and local cafe/ tavern.Definitely recommend!
