Just Beachy is a modern, family-sized coastal home designed for easy holidays, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and seamless indoor–outdoor living.

The ground-floor hub combines a well-equipped kitchen (American fridge/freezer, large oven, 5-burner induction, flatbed microwave, dishwasher) with dining and a comfy lounge featuring a 65" smart TV, sound bar and powered recliner seating (USBs, reading lights, cupholders). Sliding doors open to a covered alfresco with breakfast setting, 5-seat lounge, two sun loungers and a gas BBQ, overlooking a heated large swim spa for year-round soaking.

Upstairs adds a second living/retreat with study desk, sofa bed and a 50" smart TV. Whole-home comforts include ducted air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, free-to-air TV, a full laundry (washer, dryer, trough), linen and bath plus beach towels, and a starter pack of essentials; porta cot, highchair and stroller are available on request.

Set in Jindalee’s Eden Beach precinct, you’re a relaxed stroll to the foreshore, playgrounds and the Beach House Restaurant, with supermarkets, cafés and Butler Station close by.

Pet-free and not a party house.

Minimum night stay: 7 nights.

A $295 cleaning fee will be added to your final quote.
