INTERIOR
Incognito is an architecturally designed private retreat offering panoramic ocean views and secluded surroundings in the Gracetown area. Built by Zorzi and styled by Maria Monaco, the home combines contemporary design with expansive indoor and outdoor spaces for a luxurious South West escape.
The open-plan living area is positioned to maximise the ocean outlook, with large windows and a striking two-way stone fireplace rising through a glass pyramid roof. Two seating areas, leather lounges, a surround-sound Smart TV and climate control provide a comfortable setting throughout the year.
The granite and timber chef’s kitchen features premium appliances and generous preparation space. Guests can gather around the indoor dining table or enjoy meals overlooking the Japanese garden.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: King bed, ocean views, walk-in robe, climate control and private ensuite

The property accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and five beds.
BATHROOMS
Each bedroom has its own private ensuite. The primary ensuite includes a spa bath and twin shower heads.
Airbnb currently displays 4.5 bathrooms, although its detailed description refers to four ensuites and two half bathrooms. The number of powder rooms should be confirmed before the backend bathroom count is finalised.

The outdoor entertaining area is designed to capture the sweeping ocean outlook, with a covered pergola, BBQ, large teak dining table, sun court and loungers.
Bi-fold doors connect the Jacuzzi room to the exterior, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic ocean views while relaxing in the six-person spa.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
NOTE: No functions, parties, gatherings. weddings or events are to be held at the property. A caretaker is on site and will immediately enforce the requirements to meet the Holiday Home Licence regulations and our Terms and Conditions with this regard.
This property includes WIFI, but due to the rural location, we cannot guarantee the speed or reliability of the WIFI service. Phone reception may also be intermittent at times depending on your network provider.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down
