Idée Fixe (pronounced ee-dey feeks) is a contemporary Margaret River estate devoted exclusively to Méthode Traditionnelle Blanc de Blancs. Located just five minutes south of Margaret River town, the estate brings together more than 40 years of traditional-method expertise with striking architecture and beautifully curated grounds.

At the heart of the estate is the Salon, where guests can choose from two guided tasting experiences and gain rare insight into the craftsmanship behind Blanc de Blancs. As one of only a handful of estates of its kind in Australia, Idée Fixe offers a unique opportunity to discover one of the country's most compelling sparkling wine experiences. Whether you're a dedicated wine enthusiast or simply exploring the Margaret River region, a visit to Idée Fixe is a memorable celebration of exceptional Australian sparkling wine.
