Horizon Views is an elevated family retreat in Mira Mar, offering sweeping outlooks across Middleton Beach, King George Sound and the islands beyond. Designed for a relaxed Albany escape, the home features spacious open-plan living, a full kitchen, outdoor seating and a large deck made for enjoying the fresh coastal air and ocean horizon.
The home is just a short drive from Middleton Beach, local cafés, shops, walking trails and Albany’s town centre, making it a convenient base for families or groups wanting to explore the area while enjoying a private and comfortable place to unwind.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: Queen bed in a bright, comfortable room with large windows and simple furnishings.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with fresh linen, timber furniture and a relaxed guest room feel.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds in a light-filled room, ideal for children or friends travelling together.
BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Main bathroom featuring a bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity and fresh towels.
Bathroom 2: Second bathroom offering added convenience for families and groups.

BOOKING POLICY: A valid credit card is required prior to booking. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
DEPOSIT POLICY: No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over event periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Year’s Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
NO SHOW POLICY: In case of no show, no refund will be issued.
CHILD POLICY: Please phone us on (08) 9842 4198 if you are bringing additional children than what is stated on the booking form.
CHECK-IN POLICY: Check-In starts after 03:00 PM. We will send you the information to your mobile phone 2 days prior to your arrival.
