Holly's Beach House is a charming, much-loved family holiday home tucked away just a short stroll from Emu Point's white sand beach and calm, sheltered waters. Set behind a huge, sunny, enclosed garden, the home offers plenty of space for families to relax and unwind, all while being an easy walk from Albany's favourite seaside cafe along well-maintained walking and cycling paths.
The large, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is bright and airy, kept comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped for a home-away-from-home stay, with an oven, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, and all the cutlery and tea and coffee-making facilities you need to settle in.

BOOKING POLICY: A valid credit card is required prior to booking. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
DEPOSIT POLICY: No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over event periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Year’s Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
NO SHOW POLICY: In case of no show, no refund will be issued.
CHILD POLICY: Please phone us on (08) 9842 4198 if you are bringing additional children than what is stated on the booking form.
CHECK-IN POLICY: Check-In starts after 03:00 PM. We will send you the information to your mobile phone 2 days prior to your arrival.
