Harewood Hideaway

THE PROPERTY

Close to everything but lovely and secluded, this a rural retreat to recharge your batteries whilst providing plenty of options if you're keen to get out exploring this stunning region. There is parking onsite and we are just located off Scotsdale Road.

Coastlines, wineries, walking and cycling tracks are all easily accessible. There is a local cheese factory 2km away and we are just around the corner from Harewood Estate Winery. Singlefile, The Lake House and Rockcliffe wineries are only a short drive. We encourage you to check out transfer companies if you wish to hand the keys over and relax and enjoy the local wineries.

You can choose from either the cottage, the house or the entire property.

The Cottage:

The 2 bedroom x 1 bathroom cottage sleeps 4 (max 3 adults), making it perfect for a couple or small family. Pets allowed.

The House:

This spacious 3 bedroom x 2 bathroom house with 2 living rooms sleeps 7 (max 4 adults) and is suitable for a large family or several couples with a second sitting room. No pets allowed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Please be mindful of the unfenced dam, electrified fences and cattle/alpacas in the paddocks. This is a rural property and you are free to wander the entire property grounds, but please close any gate you open and be mindful of snakes in the warmer months.

The cottage is pet friendly but we ask that you don’t allow pets on the bedding or furniture or leave them unattended at the cottage. There are several fenced areas but out of respect for our neighbours, if you know your dog/s will be upset if you go out, please don’t leave them alone to bark.

We provide firewood for the pot belly indoor fire in the winter months only. The outdoor fire pit is not available for guest use.
