Hamptons By The Green is an elegant two-storey retreat designed for families and groups, which combines refined Hamptons inspired interiors with generous living spaces, peaceful golf course views and convenient access to Dunsborough town centre and nearby beaches.

A striking spiral staircase leads from the entrance to the upper mezzanine, where guests can relax in an additional lounge area. Downstairs, the main open-plan living and dining space features plush seating, a gas fireplace and French doors that create a seamless connection with the outdoor entertaining areas.

The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, generous preparation space and a breakfast bar, making it ideal for preparing shared meals or gathering together before exploring the South West. Outside, the spacious alfresco area, enclosed backyard and upper balcony provide plenty of room to unwind, dine and enjoy the relaxed golfside setting.

BEDROOMS
- Bedroom 1: King bed in a spacious ground-floor primary suite with an ensuite and private courtyard access.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with elegant furnishings and direct access to the upstairs balcony.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed in a comfortable room with soft, neutral styling.
- Bedroom 4: Two single beds, ideal for children or friends travelling together.
- Bedroom 5: Two single beds with an additional floor mattress available.

BATHROOMS
The home includes two full bathrooms and one powder room.
- Primary Ensuite: Dual vanity, walk-in shower, freestanding bath and toilet.
- Family Bathroom: Upstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
- Powder Room: Additional half-bath located on the ground floor.

AMENITIES

Upstairs, a large covered balcony provides another place to relax, with seating and a television. The enclosed lawn offers space for children to play, while the supplied kayaks, paddleboards, beach trolley and golf clubs make it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.

- Guests must be comfortable using stairs.
- Firepit is for winter use only and is unavailable during fire-ban periods.
- Linen and towels are provided.
- No school leavers bookings accepted.
- No parties, weddings, functions or gatherings permitted.
- Outdoor music is not permitted.
- Noise must be minimised after 10:00 PM.
