Hamptons Farm Estate is a luxury rural retreat designed by Natalee Bowen, offering a refined blend of Hamptons-inspired style and relaxed countryside living. The home features expansive open-plan living and dining areas with soaring ceilings, a designer kitchen with premium appliances and a full scullery, and multiple living zones including a mezzanine retreat. Large glass openings connect the interiors to wide outdoor entertaining areas, creating seamless indoor–outdoor flow ideal for group stays.

Set on expansive rural grounds, the estate is designed for privacy, comfort, and entertaining at scale. Guests can enjoy generous living spaces, a fireplace, and a large outdoor area with swimming pool and lawns.

Hamptons Farm Estate is set on large private rural grounds with sweeping countryside views. The outdoor areas include a pool, alfresco dining spaces, and open lawns designed for relaxation, group gatherings, and entertaining in a peaceful setting close to Yallingup and surrounding wineries.

TO NOTE
- Suitable for families and approved adult groups
- No parties, events, or school leavers’ bookings permitted unless expressly approved
- No smoking inside the property
- No pets unless specifically approved
- Noise to be minimised after 10:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
