Experience Lancelin Holiday Park

Check-in time is after 12:00 pm for sites & after 2:00 pm for cabins.

There are strictly NO pets permitted in the cabins or on balconies.

BOND REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN: A bond will be charged upon arrival and held until the cabin has been inspected after check-out. This bond covers any costs for extra cleaning or damages that might occur, whether incidental or accidental. Cleaning and maintenance services are charged at $50.00 per hour.

For the Two Bedroom Cabins and the Three Bedroom Cabins, the bond is $250. For the Studio Cabins, the bond is $100. Should there be no issues, the bond will be refunded to the card used for payment.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing to info@lancelincaravanpark.com.au.

Please note that the cancellation policy outlined below applies to all bookings made directly with the Park. For reservations made through third-party booking platforms, such as G’day Parks, kindly contact Reception for specific cancellation information.

During Peak Periods

Peak Periods include School Holidays, Long Weekends, Public Holidays, and Special Events.

SITE Bookings

A refund, less a $50 booking fee, will be available if you cancel outside 30 days of your arrival. Or you can choose a full credit.
If you cancel within 29 – 14 days of your arrival, 50% of all monies paid will be forfeited, and the balance refunded.
If you cancel less than 14 days of your arrival, 100% of all monies paid will be forfeited.

CABIN Bookings

All cancellations must be in writing to info@lancelincaravanpark.com.au
A refund, less a $100 booking fee, will be available if you cancel outside 30 days of your arrival. Or you can choose a full credit.
If you cancel within 29 – 14 days of your arrival, 50% of all monies paid will be forfeited, and the balance refunded.
