Overview
Eureka Escape is a bright and airy family home in Tapping, offering a relaxed northern suburbs stay close to shops, public transport and Perth’s beaches. Designed for families and small groups, the property features two separate living areas, a sparkling swimming pool, alfresco area with BBQ, and plenty of space to unwind indoors and outdoors.
The home includes a formal lounge at the front of the property and a large family area at the rear, giving guests separate spaces to relax. The kitchen is well equipped for an easy self-contained stay, with a dishwasher, coffee machine, complimentary tea and coffee, and practical facilities for preparing meals at home.

Eureka Escape is designed for easy outdoor living, with a sparkling swimming pool and private alfresco area creating a relaxed space for family time. The outdoor setting and gas BBQ make it easy to enjoy casual meals by the pool, while the private garden adds to the home’s comfortable holiday feel.

All towels, beach towels and linen are provided.
Cot and highchair are available on request.
Split-system air conditioners shown in photos are no longer in operation, as evaporative air conditioning has been installed.
Garage access is not available, but driveway parking is provided for two cars.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellation: We have a strict no refund policy.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of cost of stay (total rent) is required to secure the booking/stay within 48 hours of the offer being sent. The payment must be net of any bank or transactions charges If the booking / stay is within 60 days – then the Full Payment is required is secure your booking/stay. Payment constitutes the Guest’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any booking before issuing our written confirmation. If we do this, we will promptly refund any money you have paid to us.
Balance: The remaining balance of the rental amount must be received by us in full 60 days prior to occupancy.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of $1000 is required to be paid at the same time as the balance. This is held as security in the event of any breach of our Terms and Conditions. The Security Deposit may also be used to cover additional costs incurred during the stay including but not limited to, any breakage, damage, loss of household items, smoking within the property, excess cleaning or excess rubbish removal. Perth Holiday Stays reserves the right to debit the Security Deposit in accordance with above mentioned.
Arrival and Departure Time: If you have not arranged a late Check-Out with the Manager and are late leaving, a late fee may be charged and taken out of your Security Deposit according to the timing of your departure. This fee charged is at Perth Holiday Stays discretion to ensure the property is ready and available for the next arriving guest.
Pool: If the property has a pool; It is not the responsibility of Perth Holiday Stays staff nor the property owner to ensure the safety of persons whilst using the pool. Please ensure that children are under constant supervision when using the pool. Please also be aware that an automatic pool cleaning device may be in use whilst swimming and must stay in the pool.
